**Non-Resale and Non-Disclosure Agreement for Ebook**

This Non-Resale and Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Erica Martinez ("Author") and the purchaser of the ebook ("Purchaser").

**1. Non-Resale:**

The Purchaser agrees not to resell or distribute the ebook, in part or in whole, to any other party for commercial gain or otherwise without the express written consent of the Author.

**2. Non-Disclosure:**

The Purchaser agrees not to disclose or share the content of the ebook, in part or in whole, with any other party for commercial gain or otherwise without the express written consent of the Author.

**3. Ownership:**

The Author retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the ebook, including all intellectual property rights.

**4. Violation:**

In the event of a violation of this Agreement, the Author reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and monetary damages.

**5. Governing Law:**

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

**6. Entire Agreement:**

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

**7. Modification:**

This Agreement may only be modified or amended in writing and signed by both parties.

**8. Severability:**

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
